Patient Portal
All new patients will be sent an invitation to our portal via email. We strongly encourage the use of the portal for the following purposes:
- Self-check-in for all appointments
- Completion of forms or questionnaires required for your visit
- Review test results
- Prescription refill requests
- Request an appointment
- Communication with your physician
- Communication with the front office
- Make payments
Test Results
Test results are available through the patient portal as soon as we review them. We will add messages to the results, interpreting the results or suggesting that you make an appointment to discuss further. If you do not sign up for the patient portal, we will make attempt to communicate your results via a letter or a phone call. If you have not received your test results within two weeks, please call us.
