About Us
Winooski Integrative Medicine offers the services necessary to address today’s most common illnesses and injuries. Our goal is to improve and maintain your overall health, to empower you with an understanding of your condition and provide a clear treatment plan.
We are dedicated to improving and maintaining your health. We know there is no such thing as one-size-fits-all medicine, so we don’t use a one-size-fits-all approach to your care. Our goal is to provide you with personalized, evidence-based health care. We will work within a patient’s cultural beliefs and traditions to ensure that our care is respectful and effective.

Katlin Mostue-Nesbit
"My name is Katlin. I am a Family Nurse Practitioner, and I love the broad scope of primary care for all ages. I will treat you the way I would like to be treated by my own providers - listening with care and acting as a collaborator to help you feel your best. Evidence-based medicine is important to me, and I have a special interest in integrating herbalism and other naturopathic options into your plan when appropriate. When I’m not at the clinic, I can be found rock climbing, stand-up paddleboarding, mountain biking, and playing Dungeons and Dragons with my husband and three children."

In my spare time, I volunteer for a local canine rescue. As a patient coordinator for Winooski Integrative Medicine, my first goal is to provide a safe and compassionate space for all patients."
